Fire Power
Description:
Increases all fire damage dealt by a percentage
Ranks:
Rank 1- 2% increased damage
Rank 2- 4% increased damage
Rank 3- 6% increased damage
Rank 4- 8% increased damage
Rank 5- 10% increased damage
Usefulness:

Commentary:
Any talent that increases your damage by 2% per talent point is well worth it. It also scales well with your damage, so the better you gear the more of an effect from this you will get.
Pyromaniac
Description:
Increases chance to critically hit and reduces the mana cost of all fire spells.
Ranks:
Rank 1- 1% extra chance to critically hit and mana cost reduction
Rank 2- 2% extra chance to critically hit and mana cost reduction
Rank 3- 3% extra chance to critically hit and mana cost reduction
Usefulness:

Commentary:
Another excellent talent that increases your DPS. This time it also includes a small mana reduction for your fire spells. There's really no reason not to take this talent if you have gone down this far.
Combustion
Description:
When activated, each of your fire spell hits increase your chance to get a critical strike with fire spells by 10%. Last until you have caused three critical strikes
Ranks:
One rank.
Usefulness:

Commentary:
This is another excellent fire ability with many different applications. When you activate it you should try to only use your hardest hitting fire abilities like fireball and pyroblast instead of scorch. It can also proc off of your molten armor and AOE so try not to get hit by melee and avoid spells like blast wave or flamestrike to avoid wasting a charge. In long sustained fights like raids or boss battles if you activate this every three minutes your overall DPS will improve significantly. And it is very useful in PVP if you can manage to use a string of fire damage spells.
Molten Fury
Description:
Increases damage of all spells against targets with less than 20% health.
Ranks:
Rank 1- 10% increased damage
Rank 2- 20% increased damage
Usefulness:

Commentary:
This is rarely useful when soloing because you will usually kill your opponent with one hit anyway if they are under twenty percent. But in long battles in PVE like a boss fight, where they may be under twenty percent for up to five minuets, it is awesome. It is also useful in PVP for finishing off your opponent before they escape and survive, or cut through some of their resilience.
Empowered Fireball
Description:
Your fireball spell gains an additional bonus of your spell damage effects
Ranks:
Rank 1- 3% spell damage bonus
Rank 2- 6% spell damage bonus
Rank 3- 9% spell damage bonus
Rank 4- 12% spell damage bonus
Rank 5- 15% spell damage bonus
Usefulness:

Commentary:
The more spell damage gear you get the stronger this talent becomes. It also depends on how often you will be casting fireball. In PVE it will be one of your best damage spells and is very worthwhile, but in PVP you will rarely have the time to sit and cast for three seconds and will only use it when the enemy is distracted.
Dragon's Breath
Description:
Targets in a cone in front of the caster take fire damage and are disoriented for three seconds. Any direct damaging attack will revive the targets. Turns off your attack when used.
Ranks:
Rank 1- 382 to 442 damage
Rank 2- 463 to 536 damage
Rank 3- 584 to 677 damage
Rank 4- 680 to 790 damage
Usefulness:

Commentary:
This is a basically a hot version of your cone of cold. You trade off a slowing effect for an AOE disorient which is usually much better when fighting offensively in PVP. If you have come this deep into the fire tree, than this spell will be far more powerful than your cone of cold and you will only want to use CoC when you need to run away. It shares a cooldown with CoC though so be careful about using it.
