In this section we explain the talents available on the druid talent trees (type ‘n’ in-game to dislay the talent trees) and present suggestions for building your Druid from the ground up. If you don’t know exactly how you want to play your Druid, reading through this may give you some ideas. The Big Picture: Balance is for those who like to cast spells and do damage from a distance. Think Mage-lite with the ability to heal and crowd control. Feral is for those who like to claw faces off, up close and personal. Think Rogue-lite with the ability to heal. Resto is for those who like to heal with crowd control thrown in. There is no good comparison for a Resto Druid to another class. A resto Druid offers great healing with a little more durability and more ability to escape than a Priest. Resto Druids are great in PVP battlegrounds and arenas. Most raiders won’t prefer a resto druid, but will make do with one when they have to. |
