First of all, if you’re near a General store that sells a jug then I would suggest that
you buy one right now. Go to the church south of East Ardougne (right next to the mining
site) and talk to Brother Omad to begin the quest. Ask him why he can’t sleep. He says
that it’s because some thieves broke in and stole Brother Androe’s son’s blanket, and now
the child has been crying constantly. Ask if you could help. He’ll direct you to where the
thieves are located.
Head northwest. South and a little west of the Clocktower you will see a circle of
stones (southwest of the 5 ladders outside the tower). Walk towards the center and climb
down the ladder (ladder is not visible on mini-map). Head south of the ladder and open
the door. Take the Child’s blanket located on the table to the southeast. Head back to
Brother Omad.
Talk to him again twice. He’ll request some help from you with the party he’s
hosting. Ask who Brother Cedric is. Omad replies that he sent Brother Cedric to get some
wine for the party, but Cedric hasn’t return yet. Then ask where you should look. He tells
you to look somewhere in the forest.
After the talk, head up north to East Ardougne. Acquire a jug and normal logs (a
hatchet can be bought at the General store in Ardougne). Fill the jug with water from a
water source in Ardougne. Then head to the south entrance of Ardougne Zoo. There, you
should find Brother Cedric. Talk to him twice to give him the jug of water to clear his head.
Clearly say yes when he requests your help. Talk to him a third time and he’ll report you
back to Brother Omad.
Head back to the church. Tell Omad that Cedric is on his way with the wine. Omad
will then hand you 8 law runes and then start the party. You, Omad, and whichever monk
is in the room will start dancing to the celebration. After the dance, you’ll be rewarded.
Summing it up:
1) – Talk to Brother Omad in the church south of East Ardougne. He’ll tell you to recover
Brother Androe’s son’s blanket.
2) – Head down the ladder in the stone circle northwest of the church. Go south and
retrieve the blanket from the table.
3) – Give Omad back the blanket. He’ll then tell you to direct Brother Cedric back with the
wine for a party.
4) – Acquire a jug filled with water and 1 normal 3 set logs. Head to the south entrance of
Ardougne Zoo and talk to Brother Cedric three times.
5) – Make your way back to Brother Omad, who’ll reward you for your assistance.
1.2.13. Plague City
Requirement needed: Dwellberry (spawns at McGrubor’s Wood), Rope (bought from
Arhein in Catherby, Ned in Draynor Village, or the General Store in East Ardougne),
Chocolate dust [use a pestle & Mortar on a Chocolate bar to receive a Chocolate dust
(Chocolate bar: obtainable inside Cooking Guild and also some grocery stores sell them,
Pestle & Mortar: can be purchased at all Herblaw shops], 4 buckets of water (fill up four
empty buckets at a water source), spade (there’s one in Falador in an isolated house, one
in Draynor Mansion, and one in the house where you start this quest), Milk (use an empty
bucket on a cow), Snape grass (spawns at the peninsula of Hobgoblins right next to the
Crafting Guild)

Reward: 2425 mining exp, Magic scroll (read the scroll immediately after you receive it.
After reading the scroll, you’ll be able to use the Ardougne Teleport magic spell)
First, acquire all the needed items. Then go and talk to Edmond near the house
directly north of the bar in East Ardougne. He’ll tell you that his daughter had gone to
West Ardougne to find out some information on the weird smell and the plague going
around.
Inside the house is Alrena, Edmond’s wife. She’ll tell you that in order to enter the
city you’ll need a Gasmask. Give her the dwellberry and she’ll hand you one. Wear the
mask and acquire the picture of Edmond and Alrena’s daughter on the table before you
head out to help Edmund dig.
Use your 4 buckets of water on the mud patch next to the cabbages and potatoes.
Then use a spade on the soil to dig through. You’ll fall down and end up in a cave.
Head west and talk to Edmond on the situation. Then head southwest until you see
a sewer pipe. Use your rope on the pipe and talk to Edmond. He’ll help you through the
pipe, but after that you’ll have to finish the objective alone. The search the pipe to
squeeze through it once you’re ready (if you want to head back up to East Ardougne then
climb up the mud pile where you fell through at).
You’ll end up in West Ardougne at the town plaza full of men and women. Find and
speak to Jethink (east of where the sewer hole is). Ask about Elena, Edmond’s daughter.
He’ll direct you to the Rehnison to return a book back for him.
Go to a one-room house north of Jethink where the Rehnisons live. Open the door
(they’ll let you come in if you have the book that Jethink gave you). Head upstairs and talk
to Milli Rehnison about Elena. She’ll tell you that Elena has been kidnapped and is now in
a building in southeast West Ardougne.
Head directly south from the Rehnison’s house (past the prayer altar and the small
shacks south of that). Locate a 1 room house with 2 boarded up doors. Try to open one of
the doors and the Mourner inside will stop you. He’ll tell you to speak with Bravek to have
his permission for you to enter the house.
Bravek is in the first big house north of where the sewer hole you came in from
was. Go to the central room of the house. Attempt to open the door into Bravek’s room
and you’ll be stopped by the Clerk at the counter. Tell her it’s urgent, and she’ll let you in.
Speak with Bravek. He has a headache, and needs you to make the cure before
he can help you. He’ll then hand you a note on how to make the antidote. Read it, and
follow the direction:
1) – With your Chocolate dust, use it on the bucket of milk.
2) – Add the Snape grass to the bucket to get the hangover cure.
Once you have the potion, give it to Bravek. Tell him that the Mourner won’t let you
inside the house. He’ll then give you a search warrant allowing you to search the house.
Head back to the boarded door and head in this time (open the door twice). Head
down the stairs and talk to Elena inside the jail cell. She’ll tell you that you need a key in
order to unlock the cell door.
Climb back up the stairs. Locate a barrel in the house and use the key on the cell
to free Elena. She’ll thank you and will go back to her father shortly.
To finish this quest, head back down the sewer hole and talk to Edmond. He’ll also
thank you for saving his daughter. The quest will be completed after you end the
conversation.
Summing it up:
1) – Acquire all the needed items so that you won’t have to do so later. Then talk to
Edmond in his garden. He’ll require you to locate his daughter, Elrena, in West Ardougne.
2) – Head inside his house and talk to his wife, Alrene. Give her a dwellberry to receive a
Gasmask. Equip on the Gasmask after you receive it. Also take the spade (if you haven’t
already acquired one) and the picture of Elrena on the table.
3) – Use 4 buckets of water on the mud patch in Edmond’s garden. Then dig with a
spade on it. You’ll fall through the crack.
4) – In the cave, head west and talk to Edmond. Then use a rope on the sewer pipe
southwest of Edmond. Talk to Edmond again, and then search the pipe to enter West
Ardougne.
5) – Talk to an npc called Jethink east of the manhole about Elrena. He’ll give you a book
and tell you to go to the Rehnisons’ for further information on the whereabouts of Elrena.
6) – Head to the house north of where the sewer hole is. Open and enter the door. Go
upstairs and talk to Milli Rehnison about Elrena. She’ll tell you that Elrena is located in a
house in southeast West Ardougne.
7) – Go to the boarded up house directly south of where Jethink was. Open the door, and
the Mourner inside will tell you to go talk to Bravek in order to get a permit to enter the
house.
8) – Bravek is staying at the inn nroth of sewer hole. Go in the main lobby and open the
door to Bravek’s room. Tell the Clerk that it is urgent that you get a message to Bravek.
The Clerk will then allow you to enter.
9) – Talk to Bravek. He’ll hand you a note on how to make a headache curing potion.
Follow its direction using the ingredients Chocolate dust, bucket of milk, and snape grass.
10) – Hand Bravek the potion after you’ve successfully made it. He’ll then give you a
warrant to enter the boarded house.
11) – Head back to the house and open the west door. Climb down the stairs and talk to
Elrena in the cell. She’ll tell you to acquire a key to unlock the jail door.
12) – Climb back up the stairs and search the barrel to the northeast for a small key. Use
the key on the jail door and talk to Elrena again.
13) – Finish off this quest by speaking with Edmond down at the cave (climb back down
the manhole and up the mud pile to get out of West Ardougne).
1.2.14. Sheep Herder
Requirement needed: Cattleprod (you’ll be directed on how to get this in the walkthrough)

Talk to Councilor Halgrive east of the General Store in East Ardounge. Offer to
help destroy the infected sheep before they could start spreading the disease. He’ll tell
you that you’ll need some protective clothing in order to go near the sheep without being
infected with their sickness. He’ll also give you the poison feed you’ll have to use to kill the
sheep.
Head north of Halgrive into the church. Talk to Doctor Orbon and pay him 100gps
for the protective armor. Equip them on.
To get the cattleprod needed in order to move the sheep go to the barn north of
the north bank in East Ardougne. Go around to the northwest side of the fence and open
the gate. Acquire the prod on the ground. Now you’ll have to go sheep hunting (there are
four kinds of sheep that you’ll have to prod into the gate and kill). Each infected sheep
have a specific number name so that you can keep organized of which sheep you’ve
already killed.
The first sick-looking sheep is north of the north bank in East Ardougne. Prod one
of the three from the south side to make them go north, and then prod them from the east

side to make them go west (run instead of walk if you think it’s necessary). Get the sheep
in the gate and use the poison feed on it (remember to close the fence gate as it might try
to get away). It’ll eat the feed, and die. Acquire its bone and use it on the furnace. Now
that you’ve killed one sheep, it’s time to get the other three.
The second sheep is the easiest one to get in the barn. Prod one of them east and
into the fence. Kill it with the poison feed and use its bone on the furnace.
Head northwest from the barn. Locate the third sheep which is right next to the
Warrior Women. Prod it east, and then south and into the gate. Since it is so far from its
original spawning position, it might try to go back. Simply prod on it on one side and it’ll
stop for a moment. Use the same murder method that you did on the previous two sheep
to kill that one.
The forth sheep is located north of the barn near the Fishing Guild. Prod it east
and then south (this way, you won’t have to prod it south, east, then south again). Once it
is in the gate, use the poison feed on it to kill it. Pick up the bone and throw it in the
furnace.
Having killed all four sheep, head back and talk to Halgrive to get your reward of
3.1k.
Summing it up:
1) – Talk to Councilor Halgrive west of the bank south of the marketplace in East
Ardougne. Offer to kill the diseased sheep.
2) – Talk to Doctor Orbon in the church north of Halgrive and pay 100gps for the
protective sheep clothing.
3) – Acquire a prod from the barn west of the trail north of the north bank in East
Ardougne.
4) – Prod the first sheep into the gate (located near the north bank). Kill it with the poison
feed that Councilor Halgrive gave you and then takes its bone and use it on the furnace in
the barn.
5) – Prod the second sheep into the gate (located east of the barn). Use the same
method to destroy its bone.
6) – Prod the third sheep into the gate (located northwest of the barn near the Warrior
Women). Destroy its bone using the poison feed and furnace.
7) – Prod the forth sheep into the gate (located north of barn near Fishing Guild). Kill it
with the poison feed and then destroy its remains with the furnace.
8) – Talk to Halgrive for your reward.
1.2.15. Tree Gnome Village
Requirement needed: Six logs, able to kill lvl112 Khazard Warlord
Item suggested: Food, prayer skill Protect Melee

Reward: 11,450 attack exp, Gnome Amulet of Protection
First, if you’re near a bank or trees and you have an axe then gather 6 regular
logs. Also, withdraw out your best weapon and armor so that you won’t have to do so later
on in the quest. Then go talk to King Bolren in the Tree Gnome Village. Ask if you can
help and he’ll tell you of the situation. Your objective is to go to the battlefield where the
Khazard troopers and gnomes are fighting and try to obtain the spirit tree’s orbs that the
Khazards have taken.
Head on over to Khazard Battlefield, a place north of Tree Gnome maze. Find a
gnome called Commander Montai. He should be the only gnome wearing red gloves and
hat. Talk to him, and he’ll say that he needs six normal logs to strengthen up the gnomes’
battlements. If you have them already then talk to the commander again. He’ll tell you to
find the three trackers that he sent and acquire the right coordinates to fire the ballista at.
1) – The first tracker is in a house north of the battlefield in the Khazard encampment.
He’s locked up behind a fence. Talk to him and he’ll give you the Y coordinate, which is 5.
2) – The second tracker is just west of where the previous one was. He’s wondering
around at the area north-northwest of the largest building. He’ll give you the height
coordinate, which is 4.
3) – Go south of the camp. You should see the third tracker west at the woods. Talk to
him. As you can see, the gnome seems to be going insane because of the war, and so he
won’t directly tell you the X coordinate. But according to his phrases, he’s trying to point
out that the X coordinate is 3.
Now, head on over back to the gnomes’ headquarter. Head southwest of the
bridge until you see the ballista (big gray dot on mini-map). Click “Fire Ballista”. First, it’ll
ask you for the height. Select 4. Then select 3 for the X coordinate. Last, choose 5 for the
Y coordinate. It should say that the boulder has landed on the Khazard stronghold, and
that the entrance has crumbled. If not, then reset the coordinates and fire again.
Head over to the Khazard HQ. Go to the largest building and find the crumbled
wall on the south side. Climb over it, and you’ll be attacked by the Khazard Commander
inside. Kill him if you wish. Then open the door to the west room and climb up the ladder.
You’ll again be attacked by another Khazard Commander. Kill him, and then open the
chest. Search it to receive an Orb of protection.
Head back downstairs. Notice that you won’t be able to climb back over the
crumbled wall, so just simply open the south door in the room with the ladder. Head back
to King Bolren (to lessen the distance, talk to Elkoy, the gnome at the northwest entrance
in Tree Gnome Maze, and ask him to teleport you to the village) Squeeze through the
loose railing to get inside to the village. Talk to King Bolren, and he’ll tell you that Khazard
Troops and a warlord have infiltrated and razed their village and stolen the other 2 orbs.
He’ll teleport you back out to the entrance of the maze.
Head back to the Khazard HQ. Then head northwest past the lvl-64 wolves.
Follow the wall around Ardougne north. You’ll see the Khazard Warlord and a couple
Khazard Troops. Talk to the warlord, and then attack him. Activate Protect Melee, a
prayer skill, if you have it.
Once you kill the warlord, head back to King Bolren. Give him the orbs, and you’ll
have accomplished the quest.
Summing it up:
1) – Talk to King Bolren in Tree Gnome Village.
2) – Head over to the Khazard Battlefield just north of the maze. Locate and speak with
Commander Montai.
3) – Give the commander six logs, talk to him again, and then find the three trackers. One
is in a caged house on the Khazard territory. The other is just northwest of the Khazard
Commander’s stronghold. The third is west of the Khazard encampment near the woods.
Talk to all three of the gnomes and they’ll each give you a coordinate.
4) – Head southwest of the bridge connecting the two land. Operate the ballista. You’ll
have to enter the coordinates that the three gnomes gave you so that the boulder will hit
the Khazard stronghold. They are: height = 4, X = 3, Y = 5.
5) – Head back over to the Khazard’s stronghold (the largest building). Climb over the
crumbled wall and head up the ladder in the west room. You’ll be attacked by the two
Khazard Commanders while doing so. Kill them if you want. In the first floor, head over to
the chest. Open and search it for the Orb of protection.
6) – Now, head on back to King Bolren. Elkoy near the entrance of the maze will teleport
you to the village if you talk to him. Talk to King Bolren, and he’ll seem to be in a state of
distress. Apparently, a warlord has taken the other two orbs while you were gone. Ask if
you can help.
7) – Head back to the Khazard territory. Keep going northwest of the area, past some
wolves, and follow the Ardougne’s wall north until you see a lvl112 Khazard Warlord.
Speak to him, and then attack him. Once he dies, you’ll have obtained the two orbs.
8) – Go back to King Bolren for your reward.
1.2.16. Waterfall Quest
Requirement needed: 6 water runes, 6 earth runes, 6 fire runes, rope
Item suggested: Equipments to avoid lvl86 Fire giants

Reward: 14,400 attack exp, 17,200 strength exp, 2 gold bars, 2 cut diamonds, 40 mithril
seeds (when you plant them, a flower will grow. Pick the flower to get a wieldable flower)
Acquire a piece of rope (can be bought from Ned in Draynor Village). Begin this
quest by talking to Almera in her house east of Tree Gnome Stronghold (across Baxtorian
Falls). Agree to help save her son in whatever mess he’s gotten himself in. Then head
west to the back of her house and hop on the raft there. It’ll take you downstream a little
north of Baxtorian Falls. You should see a small child named Hudan. Speak with him.
Then use your rope on the rock on the tip of land south of where you are. After that, use
your rope on the dead tree on the cliff underneath of you. Jump into the barrel east of the
cliff and it’ll drop you off on the east shore south of Baxtorian Falls.
Head northwest of where you landed at and talk to Hadley inside his house. Head
upstairs, and search the only bookcase to find a Book on Baxtorian. Speak with Hadley
again.
Then head to Tree Gnome Village (talk to Elkoy at the entrance of the maze for
him to teleport you to the village). A little south of the village in the maze is a ladder
leading down into a dungeon. Find it and head down (squeeze through the loose railing
southwest of the village to exit the village).
Down in the cave you’ll discover several dozen boxes and crates east of the
ladder. Search half of them and you’ll find a jail key (you’ll need it to rescue a gnome).
Now head west and down the path. Up north you’ll find a gnome trapped inside a
cell. Open the cell door and talk to the prisoner. Your character will ask to see his
merchandise. You’ll then receive a piece of pebble in exchange for rescuing him.
Head out of the dungeon and Tree Gnome Village. A little northeast of Hadley’s
house is a dense gray area on the ground above a cliff (should look like a picture of a
manta ray on the mini-map) containing a tombstone. Use the pebble on the tombstone
and you’ll be sent falling down a tunnel.
Down in the tunnel, head west down the little hallway and you should see a chest.
Search it for Glarials’ Amulet. Then head back east and down south the tiny pathway. Get
Glarials’ Urn by searching the tombstone in the room. Head back out of the tomb.
Acquire your needed items, the 6 air, 6 earth, and 6 water runes (closest bank
distance-wise is in East Ardougne). Also, ready yourself with some food, equipment, or
potions to fight lvl86 Fire Giants and lvl39 Shadow Spiders (you may run away from them
if you wish). Then head back to the cliff on Baxtorian Falls (you’ll have to go through the
roping procedure again). Open the ledge and head inside the cave.
You’ll spy some spiders on the ground. Avoid getting into contact with them and
head to the east room from the first intersection. Search the crates for a key. Then head
west, past the giants (there should be a couple high level players training on the giants so
don’t worry as much trying to avoid them. Head up the trail and use the key you just got
on the door. Pick up another key that you see lying on the ground. Open the north door
with that key.
In the room, use each of your three runes on six of the pillars (three on the left side
and three on the right side). The order in which you use them does not matter. Once you
have done so, use your Glarial’s Amulet on the statue to the north. The screen will then
shake and you’ll find that the floor of the room has raise above their original position.
Head up, and use your urn on the big object there.
Summing it up:
1) – Talk to Almera in her house northeast of Baxtorian Falls. Say you’ll save her son.
2) – Board the raft next to her house. It’ll take you to a rock on the river. Talk to Hudan
when you’re there.
3) – Rope yourself onto the rock south of you. Then use the rope again on the dead tree
on the ledge at the waterfall.
4) – Jump into the barrel. Head northwest from the barrel and talk to Hadley.
5) – Head upstairs of Hadley’s house and search the bookcase for a book on Baxtorian.
Head back down and talk to Hadley.
6) – Go underneath the dungeon in Tree Gnome maze (the exclamation mark on the
mini-map south of Tree Gnome Village). Head east and search the boxes and crates for a
key.
7) – Use the key on the jail cell northwest of where the entrance into the cave is at. Talk
to the gnome there to receive a pebble.
8) – Head out of the dungeon and northeast of Hadley’s house to find a tombstone. Use
the pebble that the gnome gave you on it to enter a tunnel.
9) – Search a chest to the western part of the tunnel for an amulet. Then search the
tombstone southeast of where the chest is for an urn.
10) – Get 6 air, 6 water, and 6 earth runes along with the rope that you had. Go back to
the ledge on Baxtorian Falls and enter the cave. Avoid any creatures you see.
11) – Make your way east and search the crates for a key. Head west and use the key
that you just found on the door up north. Pick up yet another key and use that key on the
next door down the trail.
12) – Use 1 of each 3 runes on 6 of the pillars. Then use the amulet that you found in the
chest on the northern statue.
13) – Head up the floor that just elevated and use your urn on the big object to get your
reward.
