Regarding the Registration of the Expansion Disc (Nov. 22) |
Currently, the registration of the FINAL FANTASY XI: Wings of the Goddess expansion disc may fail due to network congestion and receive the "POL-0011" error.
"POL-0011" error appears when the network is congested or unable to receive the response from the server but it may appear after you enter the registration code. Thus you may not be able to confirm whether the registration of the expansion disc is complete or not.
In case both installation and registration of the expansion disc are complete, "Wings of the Goddess" logo will appear on the title screen of FINAL FANTASY XI. So please return to the title screen to confirm whether the registration is complete or not.
If the installation or the registration is not complete, the title logo will appear half transparent.
You can also confirm the registration status in "Membership" under "Service & Support."
