NDOORS Interactive Inc, a U.S. Subsidiary of one of the fastest growing Online Game Entertainment Company is currently seeking highly energetic and reliable individuals for the following position at its El Segundo office in California.
Position Description:
1. Responsible for resolving users` inquiries, disputes, complaints and ensuring user satisfaction
2. Collect, investigate, process, and document various data regarding in-game issues, exploits and bugs.
3. Educate Users on existing GM support rules and Guidelines.
4. Act as a liaison between users and various internal departments.
5. Provide technical support to end users on game and other game related issues
Position Qualification:
1. Strong verbal and written communication skills
2. Previous customer service experience and a commitment to superior customer satisfaction.
3. Team-oriented work attitude with an ability to work independently
4. Able to deal with high stress.
5. Familiarity with PC gaming and MMORPGs.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
7. Open and flexible schedule including 3rd shifts and afternoon shifts.
8. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, but supportive environment
9. Requires strong attention to detail & follow through on User issues
