In order to fully fix the recent issue with Jewel duplication, we will have to bring down the servers again temporarily. We have verified that a very large portion of the current 3rd party programs are now blocked, but our main focus is still the Dupe fix and integrity of the GMO market.

We are compensating GMO players for their time "lost" due to the rollback (10 days of Premium for P2P Silver/Gold players, and 7 days of Silver premium applied to the F2P servers), and the Medal event that took place during that time will be extended to meet the same number of drop days. This will be implemented automatically when the servers go back up. The double drop rate event will be moved to next month, we are not cancelling it.

Since the game will be down for a few hours while we address the network outages and complete the final touches to the big fix, we wanted to find an additional way to compensate players. We have decided that a great way to do this is to offer a special package for one of our other games, Red Stone. Every GMO premium player (Silver or Gold) will receive 30 days of Red Stone Premium access on their RS accounts. In addition to the free Premium time, the package will include in-game items like blade oil, 50 carpet scrolls, and a Portal gem (which Allows access to premium only zones, summoning carpets via a specific NPC in the game and XP gain increased by 20%, item drop rate increased by 20%).

This is only available through GamersFirst, and will be automatically be applied to your Red Stone accounts. We will be applying these packages to Red Stone accounts all day, so go to G1 (GamersFirst) and sign-up if you have not already.

This is being done because we are down at the moment and the amount of time to fully repair this has taken longer than expected. This is not due to any Publisher/developer contract issues, or other false conspiracy theories about the "end of GMO". That must be made every clear. The very reason we are spending so much time on this particular patch is to preserver the integrity and fun of the game.
